Do you offer money back guarantee?

Yes, we do. If you are not happy with your order and would like to return it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (by email). Once we are notified and provided RMA, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Our warranty is as follows:

  • Brand New Parts: 1 year warranty
  • Grade A (Like New) Parts: 6 months warranty
  • Grade B (Refurbished) Parts: 1 month warranty

Warranty does not cover damages or heavy wear and tear due incorrect installation, misshanding, missue, changes or alterations to our parts.

What if I have changed my mind and want to return my order. Can I do that?

You can return your purchase under the following conditions:

  • If you have changed your mind or you are not happy: Please notify us within 48 hours by email if you have changed your mind and like to return your order. Once we have been notified, you have 14 days from the date delivery to return your item.
  • If you have ordered a wrong part by mistake: Please notify us within 48 hours by email if you have changed your mind and like to return your order. Once we have been notified, you have 14 days from the date delivery to return your item.
  • If you received a defective part: Please notify us within 7 days by email if you have changed your mind and like to return your order. Once we have been notified, you have 30 days from the date delivery to return your item.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In most cases we process your order on the same day. Average delivery time takes about 3 to 4 days. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday.

What is the difference between Brand New, Grade A and Grade B screen conditions?

We sell our screens under three different conditions and prices.

  • Brand New Condition: This part will be brand new with no issues.
  • Grade A (Like New) Condition:¬†Internal LCD screen is 100% brand new. The back of outer metal housing where the Apple logo is located has one or two very small and barely noticeable blemishes on the metal plate.
  • Grade B (Refurbished) Condition:¬†The main LCD display screen is in perfect working condition. The outer metal housing has some scratches on the back of it. The back of the outer metal housing is covered by a thin durable film (same color as the metal housing). This film covers some cosmetic issues such as scratches or blemishes. Apple logo is visible and clear.

Where are you located?

Our main warehouse is located in Frisco, TX, which is north of Dallas. Most of our orders are shipped from this location. In some cases we ship directly from our manufacturer with expedited service (3 to 4 day delivery).

Will the screen I buy have the same quality as the one in my MacBook?

We sell one of the highest quality MacBook replacement screens available in the market. You will not be able to tell the difference. We are also a repair center for Apple devices and we have been using these screens for our repairs for the last 7 years.

I live outside of United States, do you ship to other countries?

Other than United States, we currently ship to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Currently we do not ship to any other country.

How long have you been in business?

We started as a Window PC and Apple repair shop back in 1995. We have been selling MacBook screens directly to repair shops since 2001 and we have opened our online store to sell high quality MacBook screen replacements in 2017. We have been using these high quality screens in our own repairs for the last 7 years.
